Automatic pay calculation for benders and installers
Short answer
In TunkaForm, a rate (UZS/m² or UZS/metre) is entered once for each worker. When an order is closed, pay is calculated automatically and added to the worker's balance, and the worker sees their own figures on their phone (Telegram). For example, laser bending UZS 5,500/m², manual bending UZS 4,500/m².
Example: a bender's weekly pay
Over the week, a bender completed 120 m² of laser bending and 40 m² of manual bending:
- Laser: 120 m² × UZS 5,500 = UZS 660,000
- Manual: 40 m² × UZS 4,500 = UZS 180,000
- Total: UZS 840,000 - with a breakdown by order
Why do notebooks lead to disputes?
With a notebook, who bent which order, how many m² it was and which rate applied are pieced together from memory at the end of the week. The worker's and the owner's numbers don't match. In TunkaForm, each job is recorded the moment the order is closed, and both sides see the same number.
For installers
Installer rates are set per metre by installation type. When the installation is finished, the worker closes the job on their phone and the amount is calculated automatically.
